AI Automation Developer

Mighty VA is seeking a full-time AI Automation Developer to join a dedicated team supporting CINCO Auto Insurance, a rapidly growing U.S.-based insurance agency licensed in 11 states. This on-site role is located in Karachi’s Federal B Area and requires working U.S. Central Time hours overnight, six days a week. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the CINCO AI Automation Team Lead based in Texas to develop and maintain AI-driven automation systems that streamline core business operations such as content generation, retention, data extraction from carrier portals, and multi-state reporting. This position offers the opportunity to build production-grade automation pipelines and integrations that are critical to CINCO’s ongoing growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop AI automation pipelines using LangGraph and large language models (OpenAI, OpenRouter), including agents, prompts, and orchestration.
- Implement browser automation with Playwright across various carrier portals, vendor platforms, and data sources.
- Build and maintain FastAPI backends, data pipelines, and integrations with PostgreSQL and Redis.
- Integrate third-party APIs such as Google Sheets, ClickUp, and other carrier/vendor systems.
- Manage Dockerized services from development through production, ensuring robust logging and monitoring.
- Collaborate with the AI Automation Team Lead to plan and deliver features across multiple internal products.
- Adhere to insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements impacting automation workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience building LLM automation agents or pipelines using frameworks like LangGraph or LangChain.
- Proficiency in browser automation tools such as Playwright or Selenium, especially on complex, real-world websites.
- Experience developing REST APIs, preferably with FastAPI.
- Strong SQL skills, particularly with PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with Git version control and Docker containerization.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills for daily collaboration with U.S.-based team members.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Prior experience or strong interest in the insurance industry, especially auto insurance, and the ability to quickly learn regulated environments.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies such as React or Next.js, and backend services like Supabase.
- Experience with Redis, Elasticsearch, and cloud deployment platforms like Render, Vercel, or Docker Compose.
- Proven track record of automating production workflows at scale with real-world problem-solving experience.

Hiring Process

Compensation
Monthly salary ranges from Rs60,000 to Rs100,000.
