We are looking for a talented AI Automation Specialist to design and implement AI-driven automation solutions across multiple departments, including Customer Service, Operations, Finance, HR, Buying, Trading, Marketing, Sales, and IT. The successful candidate will utilize workflow automation platforms, large language model (LLM) tools, API integrations, and AI agents to transform manual, repetitive tasks into streamlined, efficient workflows. This role involves close collaboration with department heads to optimize processes, develop AI chatbots and virtual assistants, automate document handling, reporting, and email management, all while ensuring compliance with data security standards and GDPR regulations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, design, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions across various departments to improve operational efficiency.
- Work closely with department leaders to convert manual workflows into automated processes.
- Develop end-to-end automations that integrate diverse company systems and platforms.
- Automate document processing tasks such as invoices, purchase orders, supplier price lists, specification sheets, and CVs using AI extraction and OCR technologies.
- Create AI chatbots and virtual assistants for customer support, internal helpdesk, and staff knowledge management.
- Build AI agents capable of managing complex, multi-step tasks beyond basic automation.
- Automate management reporting and dashboards, including daily sales, stock, finance, and marketing reports.
- Streamline email handling, data entry, approvals, notifications, and scheduling workflows.
- Test, monitor, and maintain automation workflows with robust error handling, logging, and alert mechanisms.
- Implement human approval steps and access controls for sensitive, financial, and customer-facing automations.
- Ensure all automation processes comply with UK GDPR and company data security policies.
- Track and report on the impact of automation initiatives, measuring hours saved, cost reductions, error minimization, and ROI.
- Document workflows comprehensively and provide training to staff on managing and using automation tools.
- Stay current with the latest AI and automation technologies, trends, and best practices.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in automation, AI, or software development with proven success in delivering business automation projects.
- Hands-on experience with two or more workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate.
- Practical knowledge of working with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering techniques.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for custom scripting and integrations.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth protocols.
- Experience developing AI chatbots or assistants using platforms like Voiceflow, Botpress, Copilot Studio, or custom-built solutions.
- Familiarity with AI document processing and OCR tools.
- Working knowledge of databases (SQL), Google Sheets, and Excel for data manipulation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex business processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A portfolio demonstrating real-world automation projects, including workflows, screenshots, demos, or case studies.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience with AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or OpenAI Agents SDK is advantageous.
- Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience using tools like UiPath or Power Automate Desktop is a plus.
- Preferred minimum of 3 years’ experience in AI automation.
- This is an on-site position.
- Competitive salary starting from Rs 250,000 per month.

Candidates will be assessed on their spoken English proficiency, familiarity with AI agent frameworks, expertise in workflow automation platforms, and experience with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and OAuth. A strong portfolio showcasing practical AI automation implementations is highly valued.
