AI Automation Expert (AI Implementation Specialist)

We are looking for an experienced AI Automation Expert to join our team on a contract or freelance basis, with the possibility of ongoing work. This remote role involves integrating AI tools into our law firm’s workflows to streamline processes, automate reporting, and uncover cost-saving opportunities. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with AI platforms such as Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT, alongside expertise in AI agents, APIs, and business process automation. Your contributions will directly enhance operational efficiency and support secure handling of sensitive firm and client information.

Key Responsibilities

- Integrate personal and firm email accounts with AI-powered assistants to enhance communication efficiency.
- Set up automation for SMS and WhatsApp messaging to improve client and internal interactions.
- Connect AI tools with SharePoint, Excel files, and Microsoft 365 to facilitate seamless data management.
- Integrate accounting platforms with AI solutions to support financial analysis and automated reporting.
- Explore and implement integrations with SmartAdvocate for efficient case lookups and legal workflow enhancements.
- Build automated reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights and real-time updates.
- Develop AI-powered solutions to identify expenses and recommend cost-effective alternatives, driving financial optimization.
- Ensure all integrations are secure, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with firm and client data protection standards.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI automations within real-world business environments.
- Hands-on proficiency with Grok, Claude, and ChatGPT platforms.
- Strong understanding of APIs, workflow automation, and system integration techniques.
- Experience working with SharePoint, Excel, messaging platforms (SMS, WhatsApp), and financial systems.
