We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to enhance operational efficiency by identifying manual and repetitive tasks across various departments and transforming them into AI-driven automated processes. This role requires close collaboration with multiple teams, including stakeholders based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), to thoroughly understand existing workflows and implement tailored automation solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in boosting productivity and minimizing manual efforts through innovative AI applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate opportunities to automate tasks using AI technologies across different departments.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend improvements through automation strategies.
- Design and deploy AI-based solutions, including large language models (LLMs), automation tools, and APIs.
- Lead end-to-end automation projects, from initial planning through to execution and delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, particularly those in the KSA region, to gather detailed requirements and ensure seamless implementation of automation initiatives.
- Align automation efforts with business objectives by maintaining close communication with KSA teams.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and software tools to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
- Monitor the performance of deployed automation solutions and continuously optimize them for better results.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, workflows, and technical implementations.
- Stay informed about the latest AI tools, industry trends, and best practices to keep automation strategies current and effective.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 2+ years of professional experience in AI, automation, or software development roles.
- Practical experience working with AI tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT, or other large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with automation platforms like Zapier, Make, Power Automate, or similar tools.
- Basic programming skills, preferably in Python or a comparable language.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to design effective automation solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience collaborating with international or remote stakeholders, with a preference for those familiar with the KSA region.
- Proven track record of building AI-driven automation solutions within a business environment.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation techniques.
- Understanding of data analysis or foundational machine learning concepts is advantageous.
