We are seeking an AI Automation Specialist to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven workflows that automate repetitive business tasks, enhance productivity, and minimize manual effort. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with AI tools, workflow automation platforms, APIs, and integrations, along with a solid understanding of business processes across various departments.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows tailored to business needs.
- Automate repetitive tasks in sales, marketing, customer support, operations, and internal functions.
- Build workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar tools.
- Integrate AI models and APIs, including OpenAI and other AI services, into business processes.
- Connect applications through APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations to enable seamless data flow.
- Develop AI chatbots, AI assistants, lead qualification systems, and automated customer support workflows.
- Identify manual processes and recommend appropriate automation solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation workflows to ensure efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation for workflows, integrations, and automation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging AI tools, automation technologies, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI automation and workflow-building tools.
- Proficiency with platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, JSON, and third-party integrations.
- Familiarity with OpenAI or other large language model (LLM) APIs.
- Basic programming skills in JavaScript or Python are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to comprehend business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
- Good communication skills and the ability to document technical workflows clearly.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building production-level AI automation workflows.
- Knowledge of integrating CRM systems, email platforms, Google Workspace, Slack, WhatsApp, or social media channels.
- Familiarity with databases such as Airtable, Google Sheets, SQL, or Supabase.
- Experience with AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and LLM-based applications.
- Background in SaaS, e-commerce, marketing, sales, or business operations automation.
