Edversity, an EdTech company within the Rapidev Group, is looking for a Lead Instructor to deliver its AI Automations program—an intensive, four-weekend online course. This role involves providing a practical, hands-on learning experience that equips graduates and professionals with skills in AI-powered workflow automation. The Lead Instructor will oversee the entire program delivery, including finalizing the curriculum, teaching weekend sessions, guiding learners through labs, and assessing capstone projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced practitioner with a strong background in building real-world automations and the ability to clearly communicate complex concepts to a diverse audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Finalize the curriculum, weekly learning outcomes, and session plans in collaboration with the academic team.
- Prepare instructional materials such as slides, demo workflows, lab exercises, templates, and reference documents.
- Design real-world use cases across HR, sales, marketing, operations, customer support, and finance domains.
- Keep course content current with the latest AI tools, model advancements, and automation best practices.
- Deliver all scheduled weekend sessions on time, covering automation fundamentals, no-code/low-code platforms, prompt engineering, and integration of large language models (LLMs).
- Demonstrate building AI agents, chatbots, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)-based assistants connected to business applications.
- Conduct live, hands-on labs, adjusting the pace to suit both beginners and experienced learners.
- Supervise and evaluate learner capstone projects that automate real business processes end-to-end.
- Design and grade weekly assignments, quizzes, and final projects using clear rubrics.
- Provide ongoing learner support during sessions and through communication channels between weekends.
- Monitor attendance, progress, and engagement, identifying learners needing additional assistance.
- Coordinate with the program team on scheduling, communications, and logistics.
- Ensure all lab environments, tool accounts, and API access are prepared ahead of sessions.
- Promote responsible AI usage, emphasizing data privacy, credential security, and human oversight of AI outputs.
- Submit an end-of-program report detailing learner outcomes and recommendations for future improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience developing automations, integrations, or AI solutions in production environments.
- Portfolio showcasing a minimum of three live automation or AI-agent projects with links, demos, or case studies.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or conducting corporate workshops.
- Availability to teach every Saturday and Sunday throughout the four-week program.
- Proficiency with workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make (Integromat), and Zapier, with expertise in at least two (n8n strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, authentication methods (API keys, OAuth), and data transformation.
- Solid skills in prompt engineering and integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) into workflows.
- Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or RAG systems.
- Working knowledge of Python and basic JavaScript for custom logic and code nodes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Certifications in n8n, Make, Zapier, Microsoft Power Platform, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud AI.
- Experience as a freelancer or agency owner delivering automation projects to clients.
- Background in course or bootcamp design for professional learners.
- Familiarity with automation use cases in HR, sales, marketing, and customer support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate, Copilot Studio, RAG/vector databases (Pinecone, Supabase, Chroma), business apps (Google Workspace, Airtable, Notion, Slack, HubSpot), chatbot platforms (WhatsApp Business API, Telegram bots), voice and content AI tools (ElevenLabs, Whisper), and hosting/deployment basics (Docker, cloud VPS) is a plus.

Compensation and Engagement

The position offers a competitive hourly rate paid per contact hour, with payment made at the end of the program or as per contractual terms. This is a contractual engagement limited to the current program cohort, with potential renewal based on performance and learner feedback. The schedule requires availability on Saturdays and Sundays only.

This role provides a unique opportunity to shape Edversity’s AI Automations program from its inception, engage with motivated learners, and potentially secure long-term involvement in future cohorts and AI initiatives.
