The AI Coding Instructor role at ThriveTechEd is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions focused on AI-assisted coding, programming fundamentals, and the practical application of AI tools within software development workflows. This role requires preparing curriculum and learning materials, teaching live classes, facilitating hands-on coding exercises, and providing personalized guidance and feedback to learners. The instructor will assess learner progress, tailor content to accommodate varying skill levels, and collaborate with the training team to continuously improve courses based on participant feedback and industry developments. The goal is to ensure that training remains practical, accessible, and aligned with current development practices, helping professionals apply AI and coding skills directly to workplace scenarios.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and prepare comprehensive curriculum and learning materials focused on AI-assisted coding and programming fundamentals.
- Deliver live instructor-led training sessions and facilitate hands-on coding exercises.
- Provide ongoing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to learners to enhance their understanding and skills.
- Assess learner progress regularly and adapt instructional content to meet diverse skill levels and learning needs.
- Collaborate with the training team to refine course content based on participant feedback and emerging industry trends.
- Ensure that training programs are practical, relevant, and aligned with modern software development workflows and AI integration.
- Manage multiple classes, cohorts, or training projects concurrently while maintaining high-quality delivery.
- Work on-site in Lahore and engage effectively with team members and learners.

Required Qualifications

- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with AI-assisted development, such as Python or JavaScript, with the ability to clearly explain coding concepts to learners of varying backgrounds.
- Experience utilizing modern AI tools for coding, including code assistants, AI pair programmers, or generative AI platforms, and integrating these tools into practical development workflows.
- Educational background in software development, computer science, or a related technical field, with a solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and coding best practices.
- Proven instructional or training experience, including curriculum design, delivering live workshops or classes, and supporting adult learners in professional or academic environments.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners, manage group dynamics, and adapt teaching methods to different skill levels.
- Familiarity with workplace productivity and collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365, and an understanding of how coding and AI enhance real-world business workflows.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Lahore, collaborate effectively with a training team, and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
