A leading Chinese technology company is seeking an experienced AI Computing Pre-Sales Engineer to engage with enterprise customers and design AI computing solutions across government, financial services, and ISP sectors. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their AI, IT infrastructure, and data center needs, and delivering tailored solutions that support advanced use cases such as foundation model training and inference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key customers, gaining a deep understanding of their AI, IT infrastructure, and data center requirements.
- Conduct high-level technical presentations and engage in solution discussions with CXO-level stakeholders to align technology offerings with business goals.
- Analyze customer requirements and design customized AI computing solutions that address specific use cases.
- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) technical documentation to support solution implementation.
- Lead Proof of Concept (POC) activities by coordinating technical resources, validating solution performance, and ensuring alignment with customer expectations.
- Prepare detailed POC and test reports, troubleshoot technical issues, and support the transition of successful POCs into commercial contracts.
Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in pre-sales, solution architecture, AI computing, or data center environments.
- Strong understanding of AI infrastructure, computing technologies, data centers, and enterprise-level solutions.
- Proven ability to deliver technical presentations and design solutions that meet complex customer requirements.
- Excellent documentation skills and experience managing relationships with diverse stakeholders, including senior executives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with government, financial services, or ISP customers is highly desirable.
