The AI Content Creator and Generative AI Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore District. This role focuses on designing, generating, and refining AI-driven content across various formats such as web copy, product descriptions, knowledge base articles, marketing materials, and in-app guidance related to compliance workflows. The specialist will be responsible for developing prompts, fine-tuning AI models or workflows, and collaborating closely with product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure all content is accurate, user-centric, and consistent with the brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

- Research compliance topics and related regulatory content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Design, generate, and refine AI-driven content using generative AI tools and large language models.
- Develop and maintain content templates, style guidelines, and reusable assets to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to align content with user needs and brand messaging.
- Test, iterate, and optimize generative AI outputs based on user feedback and performance analytics.
- Monitor content performance metrics and apply data-driven insights to improve quality and engagement.
- Contribute to ongoing content innovation and AI-driven initiatives within the company.

Required Qualifications

- Demonstrated expertise in AI-assisted content creation, prompt engineering, and working with generative AI technologies such as large language models and image or workflow generators.
- Proven experience in digital content production, including copywriting, editing, and structuring content for web, product descriptions, and knowledge bases.
- Strong ability to research and interpret complex subjects like compliance, regulation, or SaaS operations, translating them into clear and accessible content.
- Familiarity with content strategy, UX writing principles, and the development of reusable content templates and style guides.
- Comfortable using basic data and analytics tools to measure content effectiveness and guide iterative improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
- Willingness to work on-site in Lahore District and engage closely with diverse teams.
