The ideal candidate will have a strong storytelling ability combined with hands-on experience in AI video production. This role involves taking projects from initial concept through to polished, finished content, ensuring engaging narratives and high-quality visuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Write complete scripts for long-form videos, films, and series, developing story structure, characters, dialogue, and episode arcs.
- Create clear and detailed prompts for AI video generation tools to guide content creation.
- Produce and refine AI-generated scenes and visuals, maintaining consistency in story, tone, and visual style across projects.
- Review AI-generated output critically and recommend improvements to enhance quality.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to deliver compelling content within set deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Strong scriptwriting skills, particularly in long-form structure, dialogue, and pacing.
- Proven experience in crafting effective prompts for AI tools.
- Practical knowledge of AI video generation platforms such as Seedance, Runway, Kling, or Veo.
- Solid understanding of cinematic language, including shot composition, visual style, and narrative techniques.
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop original concepts and storytelling approaches.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
