Saylani Welfare International Trust is looking for a skilled AI & Data Science Instructor to provide practical, hands-on training in various AI and Data Science technologies. The role involves teaching a comprehensive curriculum that includes Python and Data Science, Machine Learning and Deep Learning, MLOps, Big Data and Cloud technologies, as well as advanced topics such as Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Vector Databases, and Chatbot Development. The instructor will also cover tools and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and concepts related to Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems. This is a part-time, onsite position based at the Saylani IT Training campus in Sidh, Kharian.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging onsite classroom sessions and hands-on technical training.
- Facilitate practical labs, assignments, projects, and assessments to reinforce learning.
- Mentor students through real-world AI projects and capstone development initiatives.
- Maintain a disciplined and motivating learning environment to maximize student success.
- Keep up to date with the latest advancements and emerging trends in AI technologies.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong practical experience in AI, Machine Learning, and Data Science applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Generative AI, Large Language Models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, Chatbots, and Agentic AI systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts.
- Prior experience in teaching or training is preferred but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This role requires the instructor to be physically present at the Kharian campus. Candidates residing in nearby cities such as Rawalpindi, Islamabad, Jhelum, and Gujrat are encouraged to apply. For selected candidates commuting from Rawalpindi or Islamabad, the organization may provide weekly travel allowance (TA/DA) for the duration of the course, subject to policy and approval. The compensation for this position ranges from Rs 2,000 to Rs 2,500 per hour.

Candidates should be prepared to reliably commute to Kharian throughout the training period to ensure consistent onsite engagement.
