We are looking for a creative and technically proficient AI Editor with over three years of experience in AI-powered video production, cinematography, sound design, AI micro dramas, and YouTube content creation. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using AI tools alongside professional editing software to craft engaging long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, and cinematic storytelling content that captivates audiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and edit high-quality long-form videos, YouTube Shorts, AI micro dramas, and cinematic content that align with creative objectives.
- Utilize ChatGPT for creative development, scripting assistance, prompt engineering, and enhancing content quality.
- Generate AI-powered videos, scenes, and characters using tools such as Nano Banana, Seedance, and Grok AI.
- Apply cinematography principles including shot composition, camera angles, lighting, framing, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Perform professional video editing tasks including transitions, motion graphics, visual effects, and color grading to ensure polished output.
- Manage sound design elements such as audio mixing, voiceovers, dialogue synchronization, and background music integration.
- Maintain character consistency, scene continuity, visual quality, and smooth storytelling flow throughout projects.
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers and content writers to transform scripts into compelling visual narratives.
- Optimize videos for YouTube by focusing on pacing, engaging opening hooks, audience retention, and overall viewer engagement.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while upholding high production standards.

Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in video editing, AI video production, or digital content creation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent video editing software.
- Strong understanding of cinematography, color grading, visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design principles.
