The AI Engineer – Generative AI and Automation role is a full-time, on-site position based in Islamabad. This position involves designing, developing, and deploying generative AI models and automation solutions aimed at enhancing business processes and client deliverables. The role requires building and fine-tuning neural network architectures, implementing NLP-driven applications, and creating scalable software components that integrate AI services into production environments. The AI Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, perform pattern recognition and data analysis, and translate business needs into effective technical solutions. Responsibilities also include maintaining AI pipelines, monitoring model performance, and continuously improving systems to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models and automation solutions to improve business workflows.
- Build and fine-tune neural network architectures tailored to specific use cases.
- Implement NLP applications leveraging modern language models for text-based automation.
- Develop scalable software components that integrate AI services into production systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Perform pattern recognition and data analysis to support AI model development.

Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and scalable application design.
- Hands-on experience with neural networks and pattern recognition, especially in building, training, and evaluating deep learning models.
- Applied expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including working with modern language models and text automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in AI, such as Python, and familiarity with ML/DL frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience deploying AI systems in production environments, with knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
