Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize AI models and systems, including agentic AI workflows, voice agents, and RAG-based copilots tailored to client requirements and performance goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI components into production software solutions.
- Build and maintain data pipelines, conduct experiments, and rigorously test and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models.
- Implement and fine-tune algorithms to ensure high performance and reliability in production environments.
- Contribute to solution architecture discussions and document technical designs thoroughly.
- Support deployment processes for clients across multiple industries, ensuring scalability, security, and robustness of AI systems.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and automation technologies and contribute to internal best practices and knowledge sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including expertise in data structures, algorithms, and production-grade coding standards.
- Hands-on experience with neural networks and pattern recognition, with demonstrated ability to design, train, and optimize deep learning models.
- Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), especially in conversational agents, RAG systems, and integration of language models.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Keras.
- Experience with modern MLOps tools and workflows to support scalable AI deployments.
- Proven track record of building and deploying AI systems in production environments, including API development and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective AI solutions.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
