AI Engineer (LLM) – OBrain 2.0

Innovador Solutions is the technology company behind OSquare, an AI-powered business platform that integrates HR, CRM, accounts, projects, assets, forms, fees, and education management into eleven seamless modules. These include HR360, iTeam, LeadKonnekt, Accounts, Asset Pro, EasyForms, and iSchool. Alongside OSquare, the company develops custom software and ERP solutions designed to help businesses operate on connected data rather than fragmented tools. At the heart of OSquare is OBrain, an AI assistant embedded across every module. OBrain understands each customer’s business data, answers questions in natural language, flags risks proactively, and automates routine tasks. The company is now building OBrain 2.0, the next-generation intelligence layer, and is seeking a skilled engineer to contribute to its design and development.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop core components of OBrain 2.0, including retrieval systems, large language model (LLM) integration, and APIs connecting OBrain to OSquare’s modules.
- Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to enable OBrain to answer queries based on each customer’s proprietary business data, ensuring strict data separation.
- Develop natural language processing features that convert questions and commands into actionable queries, reports, and workflows, supporting English, Urdu, and Arabic.
- Build AI agents and automation workflows that perform tasks across modules, incorporating human approval where necessary.
- Create document processing capabilities to extract and organize key information from invoices, contracts, and applications.
- Develop predictive analytics and anomaly detection features to identify signals such as churn risk, attendance irregularities, and project budget overruns.
- Conduct thorough testing and evaluation of AI features to ensure accuracy, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- Write clean, well-documented code and actively participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Required Qualifications

- Practical experience developing applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, or Llama APIs.
- Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and vector databases through professional work or significant personal projects.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience programming in Python.
- Strong foundation in software engineering principles, including API development, database management, and version control with Git.
- Understanding of core machine learning concepts and experience with libraries like scikit-learn, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within an on-site team environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience building AI agents or tool-calling functionalities.
- Background integrating AI into ERP, CRM, HRMS, or other business software platforms.
- Natural language processing expertise in Urdu or Arabic.
- Experience with document AI or optical character recognition (OCR) technologies.
- Familiarity with deploying applications using Docker or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- A GitHub profile or portfolio showcasing AI-related projects is highly desirable.
