Brandigo is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to lead the transformation of our internal workflows into intelligent, automated systems. This role is pivotal to our digital transformation efforts, working closely with multiple departments including Engineering, Marketing, Finance, CSR, and HR. The successful candidate will analyze existing processes, identify automation opportunities, and develop AI-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and support better decision-making across the organization. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi, reporting directly to the Head of Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Discovery & Process Mapping:
Engage regularly with each department to gain a deep understanding of their current workflows, challenges, approval processes, and reporting requirements. Document existing processes and design future automated workflows with clear ownership and handoffs. Prioritize automation initiatives based on business impact, effort, cost, and risk, maintaining a comprehensive automation roadmap for each department.

Workflow Automation & Integration:
Develop end-to-end automated workflows using platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Power Automate, or custom Python/Node.js services. Integrate internal tools including email, WhatsApp, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, CRM, accounting software, HRMS, project management tools, and databases via APIs and webhooks. Configure approvals, notifications, escalations, and scheduled reports to ensure seamless operations without manual intervention.

AI & LLM Solutions:
Create AI agents and large language model (LLM)-powered workflows for tasks such as document processing, data extraction, classification, summarization, content drafting, and reporting. Implement prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and tool/function calling using company data. Develop internal AI assistants to securely respond to department queries related to policies, SOPs, project status, and financial summaries. Apply OCR, natural language processing (NLP), and predictive models where they deliver measurable value.

Continuous Improvement & Performance Tracking:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for all automations, including time saved, error rates, cost reductions, turnaround times, and user adoption. Build dashboards to monitor results, troubleshoot issues, and optimize live workflows. Establish feedback mechanisms to continuously improve processes and recommend further enhancements based on data insights.

Governance, Security & Enablement:
Ensure all automations and AI tools comply with data security, role-based access, and privacy standards. Maintain thorough documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and handover guides for each workflow. Train department teams and promote the adoption of AI-driven tools throughout the organization.
