AI Engineer

We are looking for a talented AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions that address real business challenges. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to build scalable, secure, and high-performance AI systems. This role requires hands-on experience with various AI and machine learning techniques, as well as the ability to integrate models into applications effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production environments.
- Work with both structured and unstructured data, including text, images, and logs.
- Implement and fine-tune machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) models.
- Integrate AI models into web or mobile applications using APIs.
- Optimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
- Monitor model performance continuously and retrain models as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to data security, privacy standards, and ethical AI practices.
- Document models, workflows, and technical decisions clearly and thoroughly.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Knowledge of NLP, computer vision, or generative AI, including large language models (LLMs).
- Experience working with APIs and integrating AI solutions into applications.
- Familiarity with databases, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Understanding of model evaluation techniques and performance metrics.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large language models and platforms such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, LangChain, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices, including model deployment and monitoring.
- Cloud computing experience with providers like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Background in chatbot development or AI-driven automation.
- Understanding of data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
