AI Instructor (3 Month Contract)

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies, is seeking an AI Instructor for a 3-month onsite contract position based in Faisalabad. The role involves delivering practical, industry-focused training in Artificial Intelligence, guiding trainees from Python fundamentals to building advanced Generative AI applications. Classes run from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and the instructor will lead daily lectures and hands-on labs designed to equip beginners with real-world AI skills and project experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and practical lab sessions following the approved curriculum.
- Simplify complex AI concepts into easy-to-understand steps for trainees with little or no prior experience.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slides, notebooks, assignments, and quizzes.
- Guide trainees through mini-projects and a final capstone project to build their portfolios.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who need extra help.
- Keep course materials updated with the latest AI tools and recommend improvements.
- Advise trainees on building portfolios, GitHub profiles, and exploring job or freelancing opportunities.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews as needed.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
- Proficiency in Python, Pandas, and Scikit-learn, with working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with large language model APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex, and vector databases.
- Experience deploying at least one AI model or application in a real-world setting.
- Ability to clearly explain technical concepts in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
