AI Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies based in Faisalabad, offers practical, industry-focused IT training designed to prepare young individuals for careers and freelancing opportunities in technology. We are currently seeking a dedicated AI Instructor to join our onsite, full-time team. This role involves teaching trainees a range of Artificial Intelligence skills, starting from Python fundamentals to developing Generative AI applications. The instructor will lead daily lectures and hands-on labs, guiding beginners through real AI projects to build their portfolios and confidence.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and practical lab sessions following the approved curriculum.
- Simplify complex AI concepts into easy-to-understand, actionable steps for trainees with little or no prior AI experience.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slides, coding notebooks, assignments, and quizzes.
- Mentor trainees through mini-projects and a final capstone project.
- Monitor attendance, evaluate trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees needing extra help.
- Keep course content up to date with the latest AI tools and recommend improvements.
- Advise trainees on building portfolios, managing GitHub profiles, and exploring job or freelancing opportunities.
- Assist with assessments, audits, and program reviews to maintain training quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
- Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn; working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Model (LLM) APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks, and vector databases.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy at least one AI model or application in a real-world setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and helping them grow.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Relevant certifications such as TensorFlow Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or AWS Machine Learning Specialist.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
