AI Instructor

Edversity, a division of the Rapidev Group of Companies, is seeking an experienced AI Instructor to join its team in Islamabad or Rawalpindi. This full-time, onsite role involves delivering practical, industry-focused IT training designed to equip young people with the skills needed for careers and freelancing in technology. The successful candidate will teach trainees ranging from fresh graduates and final-year students to industry newcomers, many of whom have little to no prior practical experience. The role requires starting from foundational concepts and gradually building trainees’ confidence and abilities to complete real-world AI projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver daily lectures and hands-on lab sessions aligned with the approved curriculum.
- Simplify complex AI concepts into practical, easy-to-understand steps for beginners.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson plans, slides, notebooks, assignments, and quizzes.
- Guide trainees through mini-projects and a final capstone project to build their portfolios.
- Monitor attendance, assess trainee progress, and submit regular reports to the program team.
- Conduct additional support sessions for trainees who need extra help.
- Keep course content up to date with the latest AI tools and recommend improvements.
- Advise trainees on developing portfolios, GitHub profiles, and exploring job or freelancing opportunities.
- Support program assessments, audits, and reviews to ensure quality and effectiveness.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML or AI application development.
- Proficiency in Python, including libraries such as Pandas and Scikit-learn; working knowledge of TensorFlow or PyTorch is essential.
- Practical experience with large language model (LLM) APIs, LangChain or LlamaIndex frameworks, and vector databases.
- Demonstrated ability to deploy at least one AI model or application in a real-world setting.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly in both English and Urdu.
- Patience and a genuine passion for teaching beginners and helping them succeed.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Relevant certifications such as TensorFlow Developer, Azure AI Engineer, or AWS Machine Learning Specialist.
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or mentoring roles is highly desirable.
