Key Responsibilities

Product and Solution Development:
Lead the development and implementation of AI-driven minimum viable products (MVPs) and comprehensive solutions that add significant business value. Evaluate use cases to determine product feasibility and create strategic development plans that integrate with broader system interfaces. Design and implement AI models and frameworks tailored to specific business problems, including drafting user interfaces aligned with client requirements. Analyze technology environments and client needs to define AI-based product solutions, ensuring necessary security features are incorporated. Stay updated on the latest AI advancements to enhance product development, perform root cause analysis on challenges, and provide effective solutions. Track industry trends to anticipate current and future AI requirements. Delegate tasks effectively within the programming team and collaborate with advisory boards to share knowledge and best practices.

Client Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key strategic partners and decision-makers. Lead discussions and provide expert consultation on product design tailored to customer needs. Participate actively in client meetings to gather insights and feedback for continuous product improvement. Coordinate with vertical delivery and business teams to respond accurately to RFPs and client requirements. Support product demonstrations and incorporate client feedback to refine solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations for seminars, meetings, and other forums focused on product offerings.

Team Management:
Forecast talent needs based on current and future business demands and recruit suitable resources to build a capable team. Oversee onboarding and training initiatives to enhance team skills and effectiveness. Foster internal talent development and career progression while managing attrition and promoting diversity in leadership roles. Set clear goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback to team members, ensuring adherence to organizational performance management processes. Lead employee engagement initiatives, monitor satisfaction scores, and implement strategies to boost team morale and productivity.

Performance Metrics:
Drive continuous technical project management and delivery, focusing on adoption of new technologies, intellectual property creation, MVP development, patent filings, and research publications. Ensure client-centric delivery by optimizing automation, maintaining on-time project completion, controlling costs, and allocating resources efficiently. Build team capability through training on emerging skills, reducing attrition rates, and conducting internal and external knowledge-sharing webinars.

Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in AI product development and management.
- Proficiency in Python for Data Science is mandatory.
