We are seeking a talented AI Motion Graphics Video Editor with expertise in storytelling, motion design, and prompt engineering to produce high-quality SaaS explainer videos and AI-generated user-generated content (UGC). The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming briefs into clear storyboards, selecting appropriate AI tools and models, and delivering polished videos through an efficient, credit-conscious workflow. Proficiency with Higgsfield and Claude, including MCP-enabled workflows, is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging SaaS explainer videos that clearly communicate product features, workflows, and benefits using compelling motion graphics.
- Produce high-quality AI-generated UGC videos featuring natural pacing, strong hooks, convincing delivery, and consistent visuals.
- Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, shot lists, and visual references prior to content generation.
- Write precise prompts that specify composition, camera movement, motion, lighting, style, audio, and continuity elements.
- Utilize Higgsfield and Claude MCP workflows to plan, generate, refine, and assemble video content efficiently.
- Select the most suitable AI models for video, audio, and static assets based on their strengths, limitations, and intended use cases.
- Complete videos with clean editing, including typography, transitions, captions, sound design, and brand consistency.
- Stay up to date with emerging AI models, tools, and production techniques, integrating improvements into the workflow.
Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated SaaS explainer videos, motion graphics, and UGC-style content.
- Hands-on experience with Higgsfield and Claude, including practical use of MCP to connect and streamline tools.
- Excellent storyboarding and prompt engineering skills, with the ability to translate creative briefs into detailed visual instructions before video generation.
- Deep understanding of AI models for video, image, voice, and audio generation, including when and why to use specific models.
- Keen eye for composition, typography, pacing, visual hierarchy, and storytelling principles.
- Ability to maintain character, product, and brand consistency throughout all scenes.
- Disciplined approach to quality control, revision management, and efficient use of generation credits.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI production environment.
Preferred Qualifications and Production Standards
Planning and prompt accuracy are critical to this role. Candidates should resolve creative decisions during scripting and storyboarding phases to minimize trial-and-error during generation. The goal is to produce the intended video within one to two carefully planned generation prompts, avoiding unnecessary credit expenditure. The ability to identify feasibility constraints early and recommend alternative approaches when needed is highly valued.
Applicants are encouraged to submit a portfolio that includes SaaS explainer and AI UGC examples, along with a brief explanation of their Higgsfield and Claude MCP workflow. Additionally, providing one example that demonstrates the progression from storyboard and prompt to final video output will be beneficial. Candidates should also describe how they maintain video quality while minimizing revisions and generation costs.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI technology and creative video production, contributing to innovative content that drives product understanding and user engagement.
