We are seeking a talented AI Motion Graphics Video Editor with expertise in storytelling, motion design, and prompt engineering to produce high-quality SaaS explainer videos and AI-generated user-generated content (UGC). The ideal candidate will be adept at transforming briefs into clear storyboards, selecting appropriate AI tools and models, and delivering polished videos using an efficient, credit-conscious workflow. Proficiency with Higgsfield and Claude platforms, including MCP-enabled workflows, is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging SaaS explainer videos that clearly communicate product features, workflows, and benefits through compelling motion graphics.
- Produce high-quality AI-generated UGC videos featuring natural pacing, strong hooks, consistent visuals, and convincing delivery.
- Develop detailed storyboards, scripts, shot lists, and visual references prior to content generation.
- Write precise prompts that specify composition, camera movement, motion, lighting, style, audio, and continuity.
- Utilize Higgsfield and Claude MCP workflows to plan, generate, refine, and assemble video content efficiently.
- Select the most suitable AI models for video, audio, and static assets based on their capabilities and intended use.
- Complete videos with clean editing, including typography, transitions, captions, sound design, and brand consistency.
- Stay updated on emerging AI models, tools, and production techniques, integrating improvements into the workflow as appropriate.

Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing AI-generated SaaS explainer videos, motion graphics, and UGC-style content.
- Hands-on experience with Higgsfield and Claude platforms, including practical knowledge of MCP workflows connecting these tools.
- Excellent storyboarding and prompt engineering skills, with the ability to translate creative briefs into detailed visual instructions before video generation.
- Deep understanding of AI models for video, image, voice, and audio generation, including when and why to use specific models.
- A keen eye for composition, typography, pacing, visual hierarchy, and storytelling that enhances viewer engagement.
- Ability to maintain character, product, and brand consistency across all scenes and video elements.
- Disciplined approach to quality control, revision management, and efficient use of generation credits.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong commitment to continuous learning in a rapidly evolving AI production environment.

Production Standards
Planning and prompt accuracy are central to this role. Candidates must resolve creative decisions during scripting and storyboarding to generate content with clear intent. The goal is to produce the intended video within one to two carefully planned generation prompts, minimizing trial-and-error iterations and unnecessary credit usage. Candidates should be able to identify feasibility constraints early and recommend alternative approaches when briefs exceed current generation capabilities.
