At Marham, we focus on rapidly generating and validating ideas using AI, testing them against real patient and doctor feedback, and developing those that prove effective. As part of our team, you will write code that transforms concepts into functional software used by real users within weeks. Your work will be integral to the entire innovation cycle, from initial idea to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop end-to-end automation solutions by leveraging AI agents to streamline manual workflows.
- Build practical, working software that addresses real-world problems and improves efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pressure-test ideas and iterate quickly based on user feedback.
- Demonstrate clear thinking in designing workflows and directing AI tools to perform the majority of tasks.
- Document your work thoroughly, including creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ongoing use and maintenance.
- Participate actively in the recruitment process by submitting a working automation project that showcases your skills and judgment.
Required Qualifications
- Proven ability to automate real manual workflows using AI agents within tight deadlines.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-driven automation that runs reliably in practical scenarios.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on workflow optimization and tool orchestration.
- Ability to clearly communicate technical processes, including prompt engineering and troubleshooting steps.
- Willingness to work on-site, collaborating closely with the team in person.
- Commitment to transparency and honesty about the limitations of automation and the role of human oversight.
Recruitment Process
Marham does not evaluate candidates based on resumes alone. Instead, applicants are asked to submit a tangible build before any interview. Within 48 hours, candidates must automate a real manual workflow—this could be from personal experience, a previous employer, or any relevant context—using AI agents. The automation should be fully functional, not just conceptual or diagrammatic.
Examples of suitable projects include:
- An AI agent that triages an inbox and drafts replies.
- A scheduled task that aggregates data and sends daily summaries.
- A skill that cleans and formats messy inputs into structured reports.
- A knowledge bot that answers questions based on a set of documents.
Candidates must ensure that AI tools perform most of the work in both building and running the automation, demonstrating their ability to think critically about workflows and tool direction.
What to Submit
- A link to the working automation or a screen recording showing it in action.
- A screen-recorded walkthrough (under five minutes) demonstrating the manual process before automation, the automated workflow, setup details (prompts, skills, connectors), challenges faced, and how they were resolved.
- A one-page SOP that enables others to use or maintain the automation.
- A brief statement (three sentences) describing which Marham workflow you would automate first and why.
Every submission is carefully reviewed to assess judgment in workflow selection, clarity in problem breakdown, and honesty about human involvement still required.
Work Location
This position requires in-person attendance to foster close collaboration and rapid iteration within the team.
