Marham, Pakistan’s leading digital healthcare platform, connects patients with over 12,000 verified doctors for online consultations, clinic bookings, lab tests, and more. As an AI-native company, we integrate AI tools deeply into our operations rather than treating them as side projects. This role bridges traditional business operations with advanced AI automation, focusing on scaling processes through lightweight tools and internal applications instead of increasing headcount or relying on spreadsheets. The primary goal is to identify repetitive manual workflows across the company and systematically automate them using the latest AI agents, ensuring these automations remain effective and sustainable.
Key Responsibilities
- Automate Manual Workflows: Identify repetitive tasks across sales, customer support, doctor operations, and product operations. Replace these tasks with AI-driven solutions such as Claude Projects, agent skills, plugins, MCP connectors, and scheduled tasks to streamline operations.
- Deploy AI Agents: Configure, test, and manage AI marketing agents, internal back-office agents like Hermes, and large language model-powered knowledge retrievers that handle inquiries and index company data.
- Prototype and Experiment: Explore emerging AI productivity tools, develop prompting tactics, and design agentic workflows. Evaluate their effectiveness on real business problems, implementing only those that prove viable.
- Own Data Quality: Serve as the human in the loop for operational data by structuring, cleaning, and quality-checking inputs and outputs of AI workflows. Maintain high data standards to ensure AI agents perform optimally.
- Document AI Playbooks: Create clear documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enable other teams to adopt and maintain AI frameworks independently.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in operations, business, or product roles with hands-on exposure to AI technologies.
- Proven ability to deploy AI agents, skills, or automations that handle complex tasks beyond simple chat prompts, with tangible examples of what was automated and what processes were replaced.
- Proficiency with at least one agentic AI tool such as Claude (Projects, skills, MCPs), ChatGPT, n8n, Zapier, or similar platforms. Emphasis is on workflow decomposition and automation design rather than specific tool expertise.
- Comfort working with data, including spreadsheets and preferably basic SQL or scripting skills. While not required to be an engineer, the candidate should be able to write simple code to overcome obstacles.
- Ability to move quickly and transparently, prioritizing shipped automations with known imperfections over perfect but unexecuted plans.
- Strong sense of responsibility regarding data privacy and security, especially given the sensitive nature of healthcare information.
- Open to current or recent students; hiring decisions are based on demonstrated ability rather than academic pedigree or years of experience.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Candidates will be evaluated primarily on their ability to build and demonstrate an AI-driven automation. Prior to interviews, applicants must submit a working automation project that replaces a real manual workflow end-to-end using AI agents.
- Submission requirements include a link or screen recording of the automation running, a brief walkthrough video showing the manual process and the automated solution, a one-page SOP for usage and maintenance, and a short explanation of which Marham workflow they would automate first and why.
- The evaluation focuses on the candidate’s judgment in workflow selection, clarity in breaking down the process, and honesty about the limitations requiring human oversight.
- This position requires in-person work.
This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of healthcare operations by embedding AI at the core of business processes, driving efficiency, and reducing manual effort across the organization.
