AI Operations Assistant

Skyray Ventures is a fast-growing holding company managing a diverse portfolio of businesses focused on short-form content, digital marketing, PR, and AI. Serving creators, entrepreneurs, brands, and businesses across the US and internationally, we operate as a fully remote, performance-driven team that prioritizes speed and measurable results. We are currently looking for an experienced AI Operations Manager to lead the automation of business processes across all departments within our portfolio. This role involves leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI agents to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map processes across sales, operations, fulfillment, HR, and finance to identify opportunities for automation.
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and automation solutions that manage real-world business workflows.
- Work extensively with leading LLMs such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, along with AI agent tools including OpenClaw and Claude Code.
- Build and maintain integrations using automation platforms like Zapier, Make, n8n, and various APIs.
- Thoroughly document all automation processes and provide training to team members to ensure smooth adoption.
- Measure and report on time and cost savings achieved through automation, continuously refining solutions for optimal performance.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience deploying AI automations and agents within operational business environments, supported by a portfolio of relevant projects.
- Deep, hands-on expertise with major LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with APIs and automation platforms; programming skills in Python or JavaScript are highly desirable.
- Ability to understand complex business operations and redesign processes to improve efficiency.
- Self-motivated, fast-moving, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Availability to work during US business hours.
