AI Operations Manager (Remote)

Serving creators, entrepreneurs, brands, and businesses both in the US and internationally, we operate as a fully remote, performance-driven team that values speed and results. We are currently seeking an experienced AI Operations Manager to lead the automation of business processes across all departments within our portfolio by leveraging large language models (LLMs) and AI agents.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and map existing processes across sales, operations, fulfillment, human resources, and finance to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents and automation solutions that manage real-world business workflows.
- Work extensively with leading LLM platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini, as well as AI agent tools like OpenClaw and Claude Code.
- Create integrations using automation platforms including Zapier, Make, n8n, and various APIs.
- Document all automation processes thoroughly and provide training to team members to ensure smooth adoption.
- Continuously measure the time and cost savings generated by automations and optimize them for improved efficiency.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in deploying AI-driven automations and agents within operational business environments, supported by a portfolio of past projects.
- In-depth, hands-on expertise with major LLMs and AI agent frameworks.
- Strong proficiency with APIs and automation platforms; experience with Python or JavaScript is highly desirable.
- Ability to understand complex business operations and redesign processes for automation.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work during US business hours to collaborate effectively with the team.
