We are seeking an AI Operations Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automated workflows that enhance operational efficiency. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating AI technologies into daily processes by connecting various tools, automating repetitive tasks, and creating intelligent workflows that save time and improve team productivity.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement automated workflows using no-code/low-code platforms such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or n8n.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered workflows leveraging APIs from providers like OpenAI, Claude, and similar services.
- Identify repetitive manual tasks across the organization and automate them to increase efficiency.
- Connect and manage multiple applications, tools, and data sources to create seamless operational pipelines.
- Build and refine AI prompts, agents, and processes to ensure consistent and reliable outcomes.
- Monitor, test, and troubleshoot workflows to maintain their stability and performance.
- Document automation processes clearly and provide training to team members on new systems.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and automation platforms to continuously improve workflows.

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience building automations with no-code or low-code tools such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools and APIs, including ChatGPT/OpenAI and Claude.
- Understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data connectivity between applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to logically break down complex processes into automated steps.
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore.
- Effective communication and documentation skills to support knowledge sharing within the team.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Basic scripting skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript are a plus.
- Experience working with AI agents or workflow orchestration platforms.
- Familiarity with databases and automation tools like Airtable or Google Sheets.
