AI Product Builder

AutoScale Ventures is seeking a proactive AI Product Builder who excels in product judgment and UX design, with the ability to transform ideas into functional AI-driven products. This full-time remote role focuses on developing an AI-powered Marketing Engine and other automation tools that enhance workflow efficiency and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, passionate about understanding user needs, designing intuitive solutions, and managing products from concept through launch. The work schedule aligns with Pacific Time (9 am–5 pm) or Pakistan Time (9 pm–5 am), with a monthly salary range of PKR 200,000 to 300,000.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the entire product development lifecycle, including research, planning, prototyping, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to identify user needs and business opportunities.
- Design user-friendly products and workflows that prioritize simplicity and effectiveness.
- Utilize AI tools, AI agents, and development platforms to build functional products and automate processes.
- Develop and enhance AI-powered marketing tools for content creation, campaign management, outreach, and analytics.
- Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical applications for business.
- Collect user feedback to improve product usability and measure performance outcomes.
- Independently drive projects, solve challenges, and communicate progress clearly to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in roles such as product manager, product designer, or product developer with a track record of shipping digital products.
- Strong product judgment with a deep understanding of user needs.
- Keen eye for UI/UX design and meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools to build products, prototypes, or automation workflows.
- Ability to translate ideas into practical, working solutions.
- Demonstrated initiative, ownership mindset, problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
