Key Responsibilities
- Own the full delivery cycle: Manage projects from ambiguous initial requirements through production, validation, and testing, demonstrating strong ownership at every stage.
- Build and ship AI-powered product features: Develop end-to-end solutions that transform ideas into validated, high-quality software quickly.
- Leverage AI coding tools and agentic pipelines: Utilize platforms such as Claude and Codex to prototype, iterate, and deliver software efficiently by orchestrating AI agents.
- Enhance the code review process using AI: Apply AI tools to identify issues early, improve code quality, and actively participate in design and architecture discussions.
- Own testing and validation: Ensure thorough testing of features before and after release to maintain reliability and performance.
- Communicate to understand the "why": Ask insightful questions to grasp the purpose behind requirements, ensuring solutions address real problems rather than just specifications.
- Engage directly with clients when necessary: Collect requirements, clarify intent, and provide clear progress updates while representing the team professionally.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams: Align technical execution with user needs and business objectives.
- Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement: Encourage fast learning and operational enhancements within the team.

Required Qualifications
- 0–1 years of experience: Recent graduates and early-career developers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding academic background: Graduates from reputable institutions are highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools: Familiarity with Claude, Codex, or similar platforms is a significant advantage.
