Key Responsibilities

- Own the entire delivery cycle by transforming raw and sometimes ambiguous requirements into production-ready, validated, and thoroughly tested software, demonstrating strong ownership throughout each phase.
- Build and deploy AI-powered product features end-to-end, rapidly turning concepts into high-quality, functioning software.
- Utilize AI coding tools and agentic pipelines such as Claude and Codex to prototype, iterate, and deliver solutions efficiently, orchestrating agents to streamline the development process.
- Enhance the code review process by leveraging AI tools like Claude and Codex to identify issues early and improve overall code quality, while actively participating in design and architectural discussions.
- Take full responsibility for testing and validation to ensure features perform correctly before and after release.
- Engage in clear communication to understand the underlying purpose behind requirements, asking insightful questions to ensure the solutions address real problems rather than just specifications.
- Interact directly with clients when necessary to gather requirements, clarify intentions, and provide professional progress updates representing the team.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technical execution with user needs and business objectives.
- Promote a culture of curiosity, rapid learning, and continuous improvement both technically and operationally.
- Demonstrate ownership of outcomes by driving features from initial concept through to validated production with urgency and focus.

Required Qualifications

- 0–1 years of professional experience; recent graduates and early-career developers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Outstanding academic credentials from a reputable institution are highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex is a significant advantage.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle challenging problems independently rather than waiting for instructions.
- Excellent English communication skills, capable of professional client interaction, asking pertinent questions, and understanding the rationale behind tasks beyond just following specifications.
- Strong sense of ownership combined with a genuine team-player mindset.
- Solid programming fundamentals with demonstrated ability to learn quickly and build real projects, whether personal, academic, or professional.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to translate ideas into reliable, working software.
