Key Responsibilities

Take full ownership of the product delivery lifecycle by transforming raw, often ambiguous requirements into production-ready, validated, and thoroughly tested software. Develop and deploy AI-powered product features end-to-end, converting concepts into high-quality, functional solutions with speed and accuracy. Utilize AI coding tools and agentic pipelines, including platforms like Claude and Codex, to prototype, iterate, and deliver software efficiently by orchestrating agents from requirements gathering through to working code.

Enhance the code review process by leveraging AI tools to identify issues early, improve code quality, and actively participate in design and architecture discussions. Manage testing and validation efforts to ensure features perform correctly before and after release. Communicate clearly to understand the underlying purpose behind requirements, asking insightful questions to ensure solutions address real problems.

Engage professionally with clients as needed to gather requirements, clarify intent, and provide transparent progress updates, effectively representing the team. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure technical execution aligns with user needs and business objectives. Foster a culture of curiosity, rapid learning, and continuous improvement in both technical skills and operational processes. Demonstrate strong ownership by driving features from initial concept through to validated production with urgency and focus.

Required Qualifications

0–1 years of professional experience; recent graduates and early-career developers are highly encouraged to apply. A strong academic background from a reputable institution is a significant advantage. Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex is highly desirable. A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle challenging problems independently and resourcefully is essential.

Excellent English communication skills are required, including the ability to engage professionally with clients, ask meaningful questions, and comprehend the rationale behind tasks beyond just specifications. A strong sense of ownership combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset is important. Solid programming fundamentals and a proven ability to learn quickly and deliver real projects—whether personal, academic, or professional—are necessary. Effective problem-solving skills with the capability to translate ideas into reliable, working software are expected.

Additional Information

This position requires working onsite five days a week in Lahore. Candidates seeking remote or hybrid work arrangements should not apply.
