Key Responsibilities

- Own the entire delivery cycle by transforming raw, often ambiguous requirements into production-ready, validated, and thoroughly tested software, demonstrating strong ownership throughout every phase.
- Build and deploy AI-powered product features end-to-end, rapidly converting ideas into high-quality, functional software.
- Utilize AI development tools and agentic pipelines, including Claude and Codex, to prototype, iterate, and deliver software efficiently by orchestrating agents from concept to completion.
- Enhance the code review process by leveraging AI tools such as Claude and Codex to identify issues early and improve overall code quality, while actively participating in design and architecture discussions.
- Take full responsibility for testing and validation to ensure features perform correctly before and after release.
- Engage in clear communication to understand the underlying purpose behind each requirement, asking insightful questions to ensure solutions address real problems rather than just specifications.
- Interact directly with clients as needed to gather requirements, clarify intent, and provide professional progress updates, representing the team effectively.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to align technical execution with user needs and business objectives.
- Promote a culture of curiosity, rapid learning, and continuous improvement on both technical and operational fronts.
- Drive features from concept through to validated production with urgency, focus, and accountability.

Required Qualifications

- 0–1 years of professional experience; recent graduates and early-career developers are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong academic background from a reputable institution is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex is a significant advantage.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to tackle challenging problems independently rather than waiting for instructions.
- Excellent English communication skills, including the ability to engage professionally with clients, ask meaningful questions, and understand the rationale behind tasks beyond just following specifications.
- Demonstrated strong sense of ownership combined with a genuine team-player mindset.
- Solid programming fundamentals with proven ability to learn quickly and build real-world projects, whether personal, academic, or professional.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to translate ideas into reliable, working software.

Additional Information
