Our client, My Digital People, is seeking an experienced AI Product Engineer based in Lahore. This role requires a hands-on builder capable of transforming ideas into fully shipped AI-driven products, including websites, apps, business automations, creative content generation, and voice agents. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in large language models (LLMs) and agent tuning, with practical experience beyond API usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Rapidly develop websites and applications using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms, focusing on delivering functional products rather than prototypes.
- Design and implement multi-agent workflows using tools like the Claude Agent SDK, LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI. This includes managing tool integration, state persistence, and implementing self-correction mechanisms for failure recovery.
- Build business automation workflows using platforms like n8n, connecting AI agents to internal systems, data sources, and third-party APIs.
- Develop and maintain creative content generation pipelines, including automated image and video generation using technologies such as Stable Diffusion or ComfyUI, tailored for marketing, product, or content applications.
- Design, build, and deploy production-grade voice agents (e.g., Vapi, ElevenLabs) capable of handling live calls, managing edge cases, and ensuring reliable failure recovery in real business environments.
- Fine-tune LLMs and AI agents using techniques like LoRA/QLoRA, prompt and system design, and evaluation-driven iteration to enhance accuracy and reliability for specific use cases.
- Evaluate and select the most appropriate technical approach for each problem, balancing options such as build versus no-code solutions, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) versus fine-tuning, and large monolithic models versus multiple smaller models, with clear justification of trade-offs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Python programming and a solid understanding of the behavior of LLMs and transformers beyond simple API consumption.
- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or the Claude Agent SDK, including familiarity with agent design patterns like ReAct and Reflection.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver real-world websites and applications using AI-assisted coding tools.
- Practical experience with business automation platforms such as n8n or similar tools.
- Proven experience in building and deploying pipelines for image and creative content generation.
- Production-level experience with voice agents, ideally involving live deployments that interact with customers or support business processes, not just prototypes.
- Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs and agents using LoRA/QLoRA, PyTorch, or Hugging Face frameworks, with sound judgment on when fine-tuning is preferable to RAG or prompting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience with at least two years in a relevant role.
Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Familiarity with vector databases.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications.
- Experience with observability tools for monitoring AI systems.
- Exposure to real-time voice and telephony integrations.
- Understanding of responsible AI practices and governance frameworks.
