AI PROMPT ENGINEER

We are seeking a skilled AI Prompt Engineer to design, test, optimize, and implement AI prompts and workflows tailored for business and content-related applications. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of large language model (LLM) behavior, prompt architecture, AI quality control, and automation, along with practical experience applying AI solutions to real-world business challenges. This role requires collaboration across multiple teams to ensure high-quality, consistent AI outputs that drive efficiency and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and optimize advanced prompts for a variety of business use cases to enhance AI performance.
- Develop reusable prompt frameworks and structured AI workflows that can be scaled across projects.
- Test prompts rigorously to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of AI-generated content.
- Minimize hallucinations and improve the overall quality of AI outputs.
- Work with multiple LLMs and AI platforms to leverage their unique capabilities.
- Create and maintain documentation for AI workflows and prompt systems to support knowledge sharing.
- Research emerging AI models, tools, and capabilities to keep solutions cutting-edge.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive business processes using AI technologies.
- Evaluate and refine existing AI-generated outputs to maintain high standards.
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, operations, and creative teams to align AI solutions with business needs.
- Ensure quality and consistency across large-scale AI workflows and deployments.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in AI or prompt engineering.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Advanced expertise in prompt engineering techniques.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with advanced prompting using Claude’s latest models.
- Practical experience with Google Flow and Higgsfield, particularly in AI video and visual generation.
- Familiarity with other AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Runway, and ElevenLabs.
- Proven experience working across multiple AI platforms and models.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a clear understanding of AI limitations and hallucination issues.
- Experience in building repeatable and scalable AI workflows.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and document technical workflows clearly.
- Automation and API integration experience is a significant advantage.

Portfolio Requirements

Candidates must provide a portfolio demonstrating:
- AI video or visual outputs created with Google Flow, Higgsfield, or similar tools.
- AI projects showcasing prompt systems and workflow designs.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is Rs100,000 to Rs150,000.

Work Location

This is an in-person role requiring presence at the office.
