Key Responsibilities
The AI Research Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the design, testing, and evaluation of AI-driven solutions for clients in diverse industries. Daily tasks include conducting structured research on AI models and techniques, assisting in experimental design within controlled environments, and collecting and organizing data for detailed analysis. The role requires close collaboration with software engineers and data scientists to validate hypotheses, document research findings, and prepare clear, concise reports and presentations. This position is full-time and on-site in Karāchi, involving active participation in cross-functional team meetings, project reviews, and iterative development cycles.

Required Qualifications
Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical skills and data analysis capabilities to evaluate AI models, interpret results, and support evidence-based decision-making. Solid research skills are essential, including experience with literature reviews, experimental design, and structured documentation of methods and outcomes. Effective communication skills are necessary for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and for presenting complex findings in an understandable manner. Laboratory skills relevant to setting up experiments, managing datasets, and adhering to standardized testing procedures for AI systems are also required. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in computer science, data science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field is preferred. Additionally, candidates should be able to work on-site in Karāchi, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
