Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain AI-driven applications and services that align with clients’ growth and automation objectives. Develop and integrate machine learning models, implement neural network architectures, and apply natural language processing techniques to solve real-world business challenges. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and secure software solutions. Write clean, maintainable code and conduct experiments and evaluations to optimize AI models and system performance. Participate in peer code reviews and document software designs and implementations thoroughly. Stay updated on the latest AI and software engineering best practices to continuously enhance Digrro’s technology offerings.

Required Qualifications
Strong foundation in computer science and software development principles, including data structures, algorithms, and proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with pattern recognition and neural networks, including training, evaluating, and optimizing machine learning models. Practical knowledge of natural language processing techniques, including text classification, entity recognition, and conversational agents. Experience working with AI and machine learning frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or spaCy, along with version control systems like Git. Ability to design and develop production-ready APIs and services, with familiarity in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and containerization technologies like Docker. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to work independently in a remote, distributed environment while collaborating effectively with diverse teams. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in digital marketing, analytics, or familiarity with GCC regional markets is considered an advantage. Prior involvement in developing secure, scalable enterprise solutions is also beneficial.
