The AI Software Developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining AI-powered applications and services that drive client growth and automation initiatives. This full-time remote position involves working with machine learning models, neural network architectures, and natural language processing techniques to address practical business challenges. The developer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into reliable software solutions, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. Daily responsibilities include writing clean and maintainable code, conducting experiments and model evaluations, performing peer code reviews, and documenting technical designs and implementations. Staying up to date with the latest AI and software engineering best practices is essential to continuously enhance Digrro’s technology portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain AI-driven applications and services aligned with client objectives.
- Develop and integrate machine learning models, including neural networks and NLP components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and optimize AI algorithms.
- Review peer code to ensure quality and consistency across projects.
- Document software designs, implementations, and testing procedures.
- Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies and software development methodologies to improve solutions continuously.

Required Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development, including data structures, algorithms, and proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with pattern recognition and neural networks, including training, evaluating, and optimizing machine learning models.
- Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing techniques such as text classification, entity recognition, and conversational agents.
- Experience using AI and ML frameworks and tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or spaCy, along with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to design and implement production-ready APIs and services, with familiarity in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies like Docker.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to work independently in a remote, distributed environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
