AI Storyteller

We are seeking a talented AI storyteller who blends strong narrative skills with hands-on experience in AI-driven production to craft coherent and visually engaging stories. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to develop compelling story concepts and bring them to life using advanced AI tools, ensuring each project is both creatively rich and technically polished. This role requires a deep understanding of storytelling elements, visual continuity, and the practical application of AI technologies in film, animation, or other narrative video formats.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop story concepts, characters, scripts, dialogue, shot lists, and storyboards to create cohesive narratives.
- Utilize AI image and video tools such as Google Flow, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, or similar platforms to produce visual content.
- Write precise generation and revision prompts, applying sound creative judgment to select the best outputs.
- Maintain strong control over character, wardrobe, props, locations, and lighting continuity across scenes.
- Apply knowledge of composition, camera movement, shot selection, and scene transitions to enhance storytelling.
- Plan and integrate voiceovers, music, and sound effects into a seamless final production.
- Identify and correct visual artifacts, anatomical errors, and inconsistencies to ensure high-quality visuals.
- Manage asset permissions, likeness consent, and commercial usage requirements to comply with legal standards.
- Organize prompts, references, approved assets, and revisions to enable project reproducibility and continuity.

Required Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing AI-assisted films, narrative videos, animations, or other visual storytelling projects.
- Demonstrated ability to develop detailed story elements including scripts and storyboards.
- Practical experience with AI-based image and video production tools.
- Solid understanding of narrative structure, pacing, emotional development, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Proven skills in writing effective prompts for AI generation and revising outputs creatively.
- Experience ensuring continuity in character design, wardrobe, props, locations, and lighting.
- Familiarity with composition, camera techniques, and scene transitions.
- Competence in planning and editing audio elements such as voiceovers, music, and sound effects.
- Ability to detect and correct visual flaws and anatomical inaccuracies.
- Knowledge of legal considerations related to asset permissions and likeness rights.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain and manage project assets and revisions.

Portfolio Requirement:
Candidates must submit at least two completed stories or sequences. Each submission should include a script or storyboard along with an explanation of the candidate’s workflow and creative contributions.

Compensation:
The monthly salary for this position ranges from Rs80,000 to Rs120,000.

Work Location:
This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the designated workplace.
