We are seeking a highly creative AI Video Creative Specialist to join Syntax. In this role, you will leverage AI tools to produce engaging video content that transforms SaaS platforms and digital products into compelling ads and short-form videos. Your work will capture attention across social media channels, helping brands connect with their audiences through innovative storytelling and eye-catching visuals.

Key Responsibilities
- Create AI-generated video advertisements tailored for SaaS platforms and digital products.
- Produce organic short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X.
- Script, generate, and edit videos using AI tools such as Claude and others.
- Develop strong hooks, narratives, and scroll-stopping visuals by translating product features into engaging stories.
- Test multiple creative versions and scale the most effective content based on performance data.
- Stay updated on the latest AI video tools, styles, and industry trends to continuously enhance content quality.

Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative talent with a strong eye for storytelling and visual impact.
- Hands-on experience working with AI-driven video, image, or voice generation tools.
- A solid understanding of what drives engagement and performance in short-form content and advertisements.
- Ability to work efficiently, experiment with new ideas, and adapt based on feedback and results.
- A portfolio showcasing AI-generated videos, which is a critical factor in the selection process.
