AI Video Creator & Editor

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Video Creator & Editor to join our Creative / Production team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role involves producing hyper-realistic, cinematic, and photorealistic video content using generative AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise beyond traditional video editing, with strong hands-on experience in AI video generation, advanced prompting techniques, AI voice and audio synthesis, as well as post-production refinement. This position requires a passion for visual storytelling and the ability to deliver AI-generated footage that appears natural and compelling.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and generate high-quality, realistic AI video assets.
- Create detailed text and image prompts to control motion, lighting, characters, and camera movement.
- Produce cinematic and photorealistic AI-generated video content.
- Generate realistic voiceovers and audio using AI tools.
- Edit and refine AI-generated footage using traditional video editing software.
- Identify and remove AI-generated visual anomalies and artifacts.
- Upscale footage and enhance overall visual quality.
- Perform color grading, transitions, and final post-production.
- Maintain character consistency and visual continuity across scenes.
- Experiment with new AI models, tools, and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with creative and marketing teams to transform concepts into high-quality visual narratives.

Required Qualifications
- Proven professional experience in video production and editing.
- Strong expertise in AI-assisted video creation and prompt engineering.
- Deep understanding of diffusion-model prompting and AI video generation workflows.
- Excellent knowledge of cinematic composition, lighting, and realism.
- Ability to create AI footage that looks realistic rather than artificial or uncanny.
- Proficiency with traditional non-linear editing (NLE) software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe After Effects.
- Ability to troubleshoot common AI video issues including morphing, flickering, anatomical errors, and visual inconsistencies.
- Experience with masking, upscaling, and post-production refinement.
- Familiarity with tools like Topaz Labs is a plus.

Required AI Tools & Expertise
- Kling AI: Experience with dynamic, physically accurate, extended-length AI video generation.
- Higgsfield AI: Expertise in character consistency, dynamic camera controls, and high-fidelity video generation.
- ElevenLabs: Skilled in voice cloning, emotional voice tuning, text-to-speech pacing, and realistic audio synthesis.
- Google AI / Advanced AI Workflows: Experience with Google’s generative AI models such as Veo or Lumiere, and node-based AI workflows like ComfyUI. Equivalent tools and workflows will be considered if comparable expertise is demonstrated.

Portfolio Requirement
Candidates must submit a dedicated AI video portfolio or reel showcasing:
- AI-generated video work with photorealistic scenes.
- Cinematic visual quality and strong prompting skills.
- Ability to maintain consistency across scenes.
- Post-production and editing of AI-generated footage.
- A polished, cohesive, and broadcast-ready final product.
Applicants without a dedicated AI video portfolio will not be considered.
