We are looking for a skilled and creative AI Video Editor with over two years of experience to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in video editing and a strong enthusiasm for using AI-powered tools to produce engaging, high-quality, and viral video content. This role requires close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to develop captivating videos for social media, advertisements, promotional campaigns, YouTube, and other digital platforms. The successful candidate will excel at crafting short-form content such as Instagram Reels, TikTok videos, and YouTube Shorts, leveraging AI technologies to enhance storytelling and video production.

Key Responsibilities
- Create compelling videos using AI-driven video generation and editing tools.
- Produce short-form content including Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style videos.
- Develop AI-generated videos featuring realistic scenes, virtual presenters, avatars, and voiceovers.
- Edit raw footage into polished videos with smooth transitions, effects, animations, and sound design.
- Utilize AI tools to generate video clips, images, backgrounds, subtitles, voiceovers, and other creative assets.
- Produce promotional videos, social media advertisements, product demos, explainer videos, and storytelling content.
- Add subtitles, captions, background music, sound effects, and motion graphics to boost viewer engagement.
- Use AI to enhance video quality, remove backgrounds, improve audio, and optimize production workflows.
- Create engaging video hooks and content designed to increase views, shares, engagement, and conversions.
- Repurpose long-form videos into multiple short clips tailored for various social media platforms.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent visual quality.
- Stay updated with the latest AI video generation tools, editing techniques, and social media trends.
- Collaborate effectively with marketing, SEO, and social media teams to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in video editing or digital content production.
- Practical experience with AI video creation and editing tools.
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, composition, pacing, transitions, and sound design.
- Proven ability to create social media content, especially Reels and Shorts.
- Good knowledge of social media trends, viral content formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to write or adapt video scripts, hooks, and captions is a plus.
- High creativity, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines efficiently.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous work is required.
- A degree in Media Sciences, Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.

- AI Assistance & Automation: ChatGPT and other tools that streamline video production

While candidates are not expected to be proficient in every tool listed, a strong willingness to learn new AI technologies quickly is essential.

This is a fully remote position offering a monthly salary of Rs 75,000. Candidates with hands-on experience in creating high-quality AI-generated videos and engaging social media content will be preferred.
