AI Video Editor

We are seeking a motivated AI Video Editor to create short, high-quality videos of 2–3 minutes daily. This role involves combining AI generation tools with traditional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The video content will span various styles, including user-generated content (UGC), anime, and realistic AI-generated visuals. This position welcomes fresh graduates and early-career editors who bring energy, curiosity, and creative thinking, as these qualities are valued more than extensive experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Produce at least one 1–2 minute video daily, working across UGC, anime, or realistic AI-generated styles.
- Write prompts and utilize AI tools to generate video and image assets.
- Edit and finalize videos using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Develop original concepts and contribute creative ideas to shape content direction.
- Stay updated on current trends, films, and reference materials for ongoing inspiration.
- Manage projects independently from start to finish with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications:
- Open to fresh graduates; no minimum experience required.
- Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI generation tools.
- Commitment to delivering at least one completed video every day.
- Portfolio, personal reel, or informal sample projects are welcomed but not mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Work Setup:
We prioritize candidates who demonstrate a strong personality—energetic, proactive, engaging, and dependable. A genuine passion for movies, shows, and creative collaboration is highly valued, alongside a strong sense of ownership over one’s work. Talent is also important; candidates who engage in side projects such as building AI tools, games, or studying creativity and storytelling will stand out. However, strong original ideas are equally appreciated even if no formal hobby projects exist.

Candidates should have working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI tools or prompting techniques for image and video generation.

This is an onsite role with flexible shift timings. Official work hours are nine hours per day, but the environment is work-based—once daily tasks are completed, employees are free to leave. The office location is provided upon hiring.
