Ai video Editor Onsite

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Video Editor / AI Video Production Specialist to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in AI-powered video creation and professional video editing. This role requires someone who can transform scripts or creative concepts into polished, engaging, and professional videos using the latest AI video generation tools. This is not an entry-level position; the candidate must possess strong practical experience and be capable of independently managing AI video production from concept through to final delivery. The position is office-based with working hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and the starting salary is PKR 50,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

- Utilize advanced AI video tools such as Higgsfield AI and HeyGen at a professional level to produce high-quality videos.
- Create AI-generated videos incorporating avatars, talking-head formats, voiceovers, and voice synchronization.
- Develop AI image and video generation, including lip-sync and character animation, to enhance storytelling.
- Design cinematic AI shots, sequences, and transitions that contribute to compelling narratives.
- Prompt and direct AI video generation processes, combining multiple AI tools to achieve desired results.
- Experiment with new AI video tools and workflows to stay current with industry advancements.
- Use professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms to refine and finalize video content.
- Manage projects independently, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Interpret scripts effectively and visualize scenes to produce engaging video content.
- Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet client expectations.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience (1–2 years) in AI-powered video production and professional video editing.
- Advanced proficiency with Higgsfield AI and HeyGen platforms.
- Strong skills in AI-generated video production, including avatars, voice synchronization, lip-sync, and character animation.
- Expertise in using professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Ability to work independently and manage projects from concept to delivery without constant supervision.
- Creative mindset with high attention to detail.
- Quick learner, especially in adopting new AI tools and technologies.
- Strong understanding of script interpretation and scene visualization.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently and work efficiently under pressure.
