We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML and Data Engineer who possesses strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be adept at engaging with clients, understanding their complex requirements, and driving opportunities to successful closure. This role requires a professional who can architect effective solutions, confidently present them, and collaborate closely with both technical and business teams to convert opportunities into impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML and data engineering solutions tailored to client needs.
- Work hands-on with Python, SQL, machine learning models, data pipelines, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
- Develop advanced solutions leveraging Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), natural language processing (NLP), predictive analytics, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Architect and implement data warehouses, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, and other data processing systems.
- Evaluate technical requirements and recommend optimal architectures, tools, and technologies.
- Engage directly with clients to understand their business and technical challenges.
- Lead technical discovery calls, presentations, solution discussions, demos, and proof of concepts (POCs).
- Prepare detailed technical proposals, solution architectures, project scopes, estimates, and statements of work (SOWs).
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and leadership to identify, develop, and close new project opportunities.
- Address technical objections and communicate complex solutions clearly, emphasizing business value.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling and long-term engagements.
- Work alongside engineering and delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and successful execution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML, data engineering, data science, or a related domain.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Python, SQL, machine learning, data engineering tools, and cloud technologies.
- Proven track record working on AI/ML and data-driven projects, preferably in client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication, presentation, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand complex client requirements, propose effective technical solutions, and contribute to winning and closing projects.

- Strong client-facing skills with experience in presentations, negotiations, and stakeholder management.
