We are seeking a talented and innovative AI/ML Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with strong expertise in AI development, automation, chatbots, data science, and generative AI models such as OpenAI GPT and large language models (LLMs). You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions that improve automation, optimize workflows, and generate meaningful business insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-driven applications, bots, and intelligent agents tailored to business needs.
- Build and deploy conversational interfaces and chatbots using natural language processing (NLP) and LLM technologies, including OpenAI GPT models.
- Create and optimize AI workflows and automation pipelines for enterprise-level applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into business processes and customer-facing solutions.
- Utilize data mining techniques to extract insights from both structured and unstructured datasets.
- Apply NLP methods such as text classification, sentiment analysis, entity recognition, and content generation.
- Analyze large datasets and deliver actionable insights through advanced data visualization and integration tools.
- Develop AI tools and predictive models to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct experiments, evaluate model performance, and iterate to continuously improve AI solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML, LLMs, and generative AI research.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven experience in AI development, automation, and agent-based systems.
- Hands-on expertise with OpenAI, GPT models, n8n, MAKE.COM, and other large language models.
- Strong foundation in natural language processing and generative AI techniques.
- Experience with AI chatbot frameworks such as Rasa, Dialogflow, or Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with machine learning libraries including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
- Skilled in data mining, cleaning, integration, and visualization using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Pandas.
- Understanding of API integration and workflow orchestration.
- Ability to manage and analyze large datasets using statistical and machine learning methods.
- Excellent problem-solving skills coupled with strong communication abilities.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Bahria Town Phase 7, with office hours from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
