We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent machine learning solutions that solve real-world business problems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with software engineers, product teams, and stakeholders to create scalable, production-ready AI systems that drive innovation and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models tailored to business needs.
- Work extensively with both structured and unstructured data, including text, images, logs, and other datasets.
- Develop and fine-tune models in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI.
- Integrate AI/ML models into web and software applications using APIs.
- Optimize models for accuracy, performance, scalability, and reliability to ensure robust solutions.
- Monitor model performance continuously and perform retraining or improvements as necessary.
- Build data preprocessing and feature engineering pipelines to support model development.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation covering models, workflows, and deployment processes.
- Adhere to best practices concerning data security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming language.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
- Practical knowledge of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and/or Scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or generative AI techniques.
- Experience integrating AI models with applications through APIs.
- Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of model evaluation methods and performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with large language models (LLMs) and platforms such as OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Background in MLOps, including model deployment and monitoring in production environments.
- Cloud computing experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Development experience in chatbots or AI-driven automation solutions.
- Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
Additional Information
Candidates should be prepared to work in-person at the office location. The working hours for this role are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM, so flexibility with night shifts is required.
