We are seeking an experienced Alteryx Developer with strong expertise in SQL and ETL to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data workflows and integration solutions. This role requires hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading, along with the ability to optimize SQL queries and automate data processing workflows. The position is full-time and location will be determined based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows using Alteryx Designer for data preparation, transformation, and automation.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot complex SQL queries, joins, stored procedures, and data manipulation scripts.
- Build and maintain ETL pipelines to extract data from multiple sources, transform it according to business requirements, and load it into target systems.
- Perform data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Integrate data from various sources including databases, Excel files, flat files, and other enterprise data repositories.
- Optimize workflow performance and SQL queries to enhance processing efficiency.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies, workflow failures, and ETL-related issues.
- Maintain technical documentation, workflow specifications, and data mapping documents.
- Support production deployments, scheduled workflows, and ongoing maintenance of data solutions.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in data development, data processing, ETL, or data integration.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Alteryx Designer and workflow development.
- Proficiency in SQL, including writing complex queries, joins, subqueries, aggregations, and query optimization.
- Practical experience in ETL development, data transformation, and data integration processes.
- Experience working with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Solid understanding of data quality, validation, and reconciliation techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience with Alteryx Server, workflow scheduling, and automation.
- Exposure to data warehousing and reporting solutions.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages.
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise data environments.
