Security Links is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Account Manager to join their team in Lahore, Pakistan. This full-time role involves supporting account management, finance, and business operations with a focus on maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring accurate financial documentation. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, numerical accuracy, and the ability to coordinate effectively with both clients and internal teams. This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from PKR 60,000 to 70,000, depending on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts and fostering strong business relationships.
- Prepare invoices, quotations, payment follow-ups, and account statements accurately and timely.
- Maintain precise financial records, client data, and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with clients on payments, purchase orders (POs), and goods receipt notes (GRNs).
- Follow up on outstanding payments and pending invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, procurement, and technical teams to support business operations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to account management activities.
- Monitor pending tasks and ensure prompt resolution of client queries.
- Support the Account Manager in daily business functions and operational tasks.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in account management, finance, or business coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and professional email communication.
- Strong organizational skills with high numerical accuracy and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Experience with invoicing, payment follow-ups, and client coordination is advantageous.
