AM HR (International Division)

AA Joyland (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated HR professional to join their team at the Head Office in DHA Phase 8, Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, particularly focusing on recruitment and talent acquisition for the company’s international operations. This position offers an opportunity to work closely with multiple departments, ensuring smooth coordination of HR activities and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate HR activities across relevant departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage recruitment processes and candidate coordination specifically for international operations, including sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the company.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and trackers to monitor hiring progress and metrics.
- Assist in organizing and supporting employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
- Coordinate additional HR requirements as directed by management, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, preferably with exposure to international recruitment.
- Strong educational background with a focus on human resources or related fields.
- Specialization or demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to effectively liaise with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Good organizational abilities and interpersonal skills to manage multiple tasks and build positive working relationships.
